On January the 12th at 5 PM registrations will open for the inaugural Northern Region Super Senior Championship to be held at the picturesque Hawks Nest Golf Club on the 23rd of February.

We are indeed fortunate to have as our sponsors for the event the two leading specialists in holiday accommodation in the region. If you plan on staying overnight or for an extended visit, please contact Drew at the Boathouse Resort (4044 0548) or Stuart at Ray White (4997 1300) for their special accommodation packages. Be sure to mention that you’re playing in the event. Should you require a lift to and from your accommodation, Hawks Nest Golf Club will be running their courtesy bus.
Golf Genius
The 12th of January will also mark the launch of our Golf Genius event management facility.
Registration – You will be able to register yourself and up to three other players. What you will need is the Golf ID, email address and date of birth for yourself and your group, if applicable. When you enter your Golf ID you will be linked to GA Connect and your details will be automatically entered on the registration. You will then need to add your email and date of birth details.
Payment – This will be managed at the time of registration. On-line payments will be securely administered via a Stripe account, our automated payments processing facility.
Scoring – Most of us are familiar with digital scoring from using the MiScore App. Via the Golf Genius App we will be doing the same job. Prior to the event your will receive a Golf Genius link, specific to our event, that you will enter in the login. You’ll then be up and running. If you wish to know more about it, you’ll find information about downloading the App and how the system works in the link at the top of our website.
Northern Championship Registration
For those of you wishing to enter the Hawks Nest event, simply click Championships > Northern Championship > More details > Registration. Your screen will then open in our Golf Genius portal. Whilst access to registration is presently closed, accessing the header tabs will take you to the Event Information, Accommodation and a link back to our website.
Last but not least, our @gmail.com accounts are being progressively retired, and we are now moving to our dedicated webmail accounts.
